Je ne serai pas disponible pour donner les cours de boulangerie au camp de jour culinaire de l’Académie Culinaire cet été. J’ai animé une brève session de formation avec les super chefs de l’Académie Culinaire, dont Nicolas Granger, Christian Dussault et Francis Vallée. Quel gang de gars amusants, sympathiques et talentueux! Nous avons passé trois heures ensemble dans le plaisir à faire du pain de campagne, un pain au lait et des pain viennois au raisins. Les enfants seront entre bonnes mains cet été!
I’ve had the pleasure of being part of the staff at the Académie Culinaire culinary day camp for the past two summers but unfortunately I won’t be available to teach there this summer. I’m a little too busy working full time at Olive+Gourmando and developing my TV show to be able to make it happen. So on Wednesday, I hosted a bread workshop with a few of the chefs. Nicolas Granger, Christian Dussault, and Francis Vallée are among the fun, crazy, and very talented chefs working at the Académie who will take my place to teach bread making to the kids. We spent three hours making various breads and discussing how to best teach bread making to kids.
Let`s just say that those kids are going to be in great hands this summer!!
